Cold retaining pipe bracket is a device used to support a pipe and provide cold retaining function. It is mainly used in pipeline systems that need to maintain low temperatures, such as refrigeration systems, chemical low-temperature pipelines, liquefied gas transmission pipelines, etc. Its core function is to reduce the heat transfer between the pipeline and the support structure, prevent the loss of cold energy, and provide stable support for the pipeline to ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.

Working principle

The cooling principle of the cooling tube support is based on the control of heat conduction, convection and radiation. First, the low thermal conductivity of the cooling material can effectively reduce the transfer of heat between the pipe and the support structure through conduction. Secondly, the porosity structure in the cooling material can inhibit the convection of air, because air convection is an important way of heat transfer. Finally, for the radiation heat transfer, the cold retaining material and the outer protective layer can also play a certain shielding role, so as to reduce the heat transfer in an all-round way and achieve a good cold retaining effect.

Application field

Industrial refrigeration system: In large cold storage, refrigeration factories and other places, cold pipe brackets are used to support and keep cold refrigeration pipelines, ensuring that refrigerant can be efficiently circulated in the pipeline, reducing cold loss and improving refrigeration efficiency.

Chemical industry: In the process of chemical production, some low-temperature reaction or low-temperature material transportation pipelines need to use cold tube supports to maintain a low-temperature environment and ensure the smooth progress of chemical processes. For example, during the production, storage and transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG), cooling pipe brackets are essential to maintain the low temperature liquid state of LNG.

Construction field: In the central air conditioning system of some high-end buildings, the cold pipe support can be used to protect the cold water pipeline, reduce energy consumption, but also reduce the generation of condensate water, and improve the comfort of the indoor environment.
