Structural composition

Support structure: usually welded or bolted by section steel (such as channel steel, I-steel, etc.), it is the main part of the fixed bracket, which mainly bears the vertical load and horizontal load of the pipeline to provide stable support for the pipeline.

Fixed parts: including pipe clamp, hoop, bolt, etc., used to firmly fix the pipeline on the support structure to prevent the pipeline from displacing in any direction.

Foundation or anchoring device: used to connect and fix the fixed support with the ground, building structure or other supports to ensure the stability of the entire fixed support system, common concrete foundation, embedded steel plate, expansion bolts, etc.

Working principle

Limit displacement: By rigidly connecting the pipeline to the support structure, any displacement of the pipeline in the axial, radial and vertical directions is prevented, so that the pipeline is always maintained in the designed position during operation.

Transfer load: the various loads borne by the pipeline, such as pipe weight, medium weight, pressure generated thrust, wind, seismic force, etc., are transferred to the foundation or building structure, and the foundation or building structure bears these loads to ensure the safety and stability of the pipeline system.

Application scenario

Thermal pipeline system: In hot water or steam and other thermal pipelines, the fixed bracket is used to fix the pipeline in a specific position to ensure that the pipeline in the process of thermal expansion and contraction, with the fixed point as the basis for expansion, to avoid the pipeline due to excessive thermal stress damage, but also easy to set compensator and other components to absorb the thermal deformation of the pipeline.

Chemical pipeline system: In the pipeline transporting various chemical media, the fixed bracket is used to ensure that the pipeline maintains a stable position when it is under the influence of media pressure, chemical reaction force and external environmental factors, to prevent leakage and damage caused by displacement of the pipeline.

Gas pipeline system: For urban gas pipeline or industrial gas pipeline, the fixed bracket is used to fix the pipeline, so that it is not affected by external interference and displacement during operation, to ensure the safety and stability of gas transmission.

Water supply and drainage pipe system: In the large water supply and drainage pipe system, especially in the turn of the pipe, the branch or the long distance straight pipe, the fixed bracket is used to fix the pipe, to prevent the pipe from displacement or deformation due to water pressure, water impact or soil pressure.
