Hot-dip galvanizing process: hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip galvanizing, is the ordinary steel bracket first pickling, removing impurities such as iron oxide on the surface, and then it is sent to the zinc pot for galvanizing. Under the action of high temperature, the zinc liquid reacts with the steel surface to form a zinc-iron alloy layer, and a pure zinc layer is attached to the alloy layer.

Commonly used materials: carbon steel is generally used as the matrix, such as Q235 steel, etc., which has good strength and toughness and can meet the mechanical requirements of pipeline support. Some will also use stainless steel for hot dip galvanizing, which can further improve corrosion resistance and is suitable for environments with high corrosion resistance requirements.

Performance characteristics

Excellent corrosion resistance: Due to the protection of a thick layer of zinc on the surface, the hot-dip galvanized pipe bracket can effectively resist the erosion of air, water, acid and alkali and other media, and has a long service life in the corrosive environment such as damp and acid, alkali and salt.

Good adhesion: the zinc-iron alloy layer formed in the process of hot galvanizing is tightly bound to the matrix, and the zinc layer is not easy to fall off, even when the support is subjected to a certain external impact or deformation, the zinc layer can remain intact and continue to play a protective role.

Aesthetics: the surface of the bracket after hot-dip galvanizing shows a bright silver white, which has a good appearance effect, so that the overall pipeline system looks more tidy and beautiful.

Application scenario
