  • Structural composition

    Saddle plate: It is the main bearing part, usually made of steel plate, the shape is curved, and the equipment is fitted to the circular outer wall to provide stable support, and its thickness and material are determined by the weight, diameter and working conditions of the supported equipment.

    Web: connected to the saddle plate and the bottom plate, the role is to transfer the load, generally perpendicular to the saddle plate and the bottom plate, to ensure that the weight of the equipment transferred to the saddle plate can be evenly distributed to the bottom plate, height and thickness design should consider the structural strength and stability requirements.

    Bottom plate: It is the part in contact with the foundation. It is a large plate that distributes the weight of the equipment and support to the foundation to prevent local pressure from being too large. It is provided with anchor bolt holes for fixing the support on the foundation.

    Reinforcement plate: used to strengthen the structural strength, arranged in the connection between the saddle plate, web and bottom plate, the shape and number according to the size and bearing requirements of the support to determine, can effectively improve the bearing resistance to deformation.

    Working principle

    Bearing equipment weight: through the contact between the saddle plate and the outer wall of the equipment to bear the weight of the equipment, the curved saddle plate can better fit the equipment, so that the load distribution is more uniform, reduce the local stress concentration.
